Guidelines for Free Paper (Oral Presentation)
Each paper will be allowed 7 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for discussion. Please adhere to the time strictly.
After the allocated time, the presentation will be cut-off automatically.
The presentation should be made in MS PowerPoint format (PPT). Tables, figures and photographs may be used as required.
A preview room shall be operational in the conference venue. All the PowerPoint presentations have to be submitted to this room and will be uploaded from there. The presenters must submit their presentations to the preview room, at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled time of presentation.
If the presenter wishes to employ his/her personal laptop, it is mandatory that the compatibility of personal laptop with the audio-visual system is checked prior to the presentation.
Guidelines for E Poster Presentation
The screen time provided to a particular poster and presenter would be a maximum of 15 minutes. The presenting author is requested to be present at the stipulated time.
The E-poster will be displayed on standard 42” (Diagonal) LCD.
The file format should be MS PowerPoint (.PPT).
Total size of the presentation should not exceed 10-20 MB.
Maximum number of slides per E-poster: 3 (Three).
All slides should be in landscape format preferably in 16:9 orientation.
The text should include Introduction, Objectives, Methods, Results and Conclusions for original research papers or Introduction, Case Report, Discussion and Conclusions for case reports.
It is suggested that the font size of the text should be at least 26 to 36 points.
Illustrations/images/photographs used in the E-poster should be large enough to show relevant details.
A preview room shall be operational in the conference area. All presentations will be uploaded from this preview room. The presenter must submit his/her PowerPoint/audio/video to the preview room, at least 12 hours before the scheduled time of presentation.
